of people. Today, it is no longer a question of opening up the ways leading to Hope, but

of ensuring the crossing over to the reign of Love and Truth. The Cycle of the Holy Ghost

will be that of the Kingdom of God; or else, according to St. Peter's prophecy, Fire will be

                   the penalty for humanity's refusal.

                                              23
Now, according to Origen , if everything that exists proceeds from the Father and is a
part of Him, and if everything that is imbued with reason is a part of the Son, only the
Saints, in the sense of the primitive Church, are a part of the Holy Ghost. That is to say

that, in the next Cycle, the man without must lose the preeminence he has enjoyed until

today and surrender his place to the inward man.

Furthermore, the Holy Ghost being the Spirit of Truth, the next Cycle will be

characterized by the elimination of the lie which, until now, has maintained its hold over
                       24
man . It is a difficult task for the man without to free himself from this slavery in which
he lives for he has not recovered from the first or second falls. Dominated by the A

influences, which he obstinately takes to be Real, he confounds the I of his Personality
with his real I. This Personality, which in truth, adheres to the I of the body, is, more

often than not, ruled by the latter, particularly in the sexual domain. Those who are

charged with the responsibility of leading humanity are, generally, not exempt from the

rule of submitting to an unfulfilled Personality.
