But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that
hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you, and persecute you; that ye may
be the children of your Father which is in Heaven, for He maketh his sun to rise on the
evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them
which love you, what reward have ye? Do not even the publicans the same? And if ye
salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? Do not even the pagans do so?
1
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect .

As long as we cannot Love in this way, with a pure heart , we are forced to stay
outside the doors of the Kingdom of Heaven, amongst the publicans and gentiles. Only
true Christians or Saints, in the sense of the primitive Church, in other words only those
who have discovered their Individuality, and who follow the imperatives of the Divine
spark that resides in us our real I, are endowed with the gift of radiating Christ's
objective Love.
The only Love that the man without is capable of conceiving or of offering, is a debris
of Divine Love, a pagan Love which, though subjective and passional in substance, has
preserved certain characteristics of its divine origin. Proceeding from a noumenal force,
it cannot be totally enslaved by the exactions of the Personality, that reflection of the
"World", as the Scriptures put it.
