trait which should characterize the new order in the Cycle of the Holy Ghost .
Conscious of his real I through the direct and indissoluble junction between his
Personality and his higher emotive centre, the new man will be in direct and permanent

contact with the higher planes of Consciousness and with the Alliance of Love presided

over by Christ, who, according to Saint Paul, appears as the firstborn among many
                            27
                   brethren .
The direct and permanent contact established between the new men and the higher

planes explains why the second Advent can dispense with another incarnation of the

Son of God. The medium of human language will no longer be necessary as it was

twenty centuries ago, when Jesus lived. This is the reason why He warned the faithful
                   about the future:

Then if any man shall say unto you, lo, here is Christ, or there, believe it not. For

there shall arise false christs, and false prophets; and shew prodigious miracles and
                                                                                             28
wonders, insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect .
                                                              *

This new society governed by the elect, this new earth where, according to Saint

Peter, justice will reign, has not made its appearance yet. But the conception of a
